Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the actions of any team members you invite to your organization.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its normal operation, attempting to access it using a method other than the interfaces and instructions we provide, or using it to monitor systems you are not authorized to monitor.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Monitor and team-member limits apply per plan. Where overages are permitted, they are billed at the per-monitor rate stated for your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for upcoming billing periods.

The free tier is provided as-is and may be subject to limits that we adjust over time. We may suspend or limit free-tier accounts that exceed plan limits or place undue load on the Service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Faultline is a monitoring aid and does not replace your own operational responsibilities. We are not liable for incidents we fail to detect or escalate.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faultline's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
